Windows Search, using A word or phrase in the file option, may not return results from files such .DAT or .CONFIG.
To enable this option, set the following Registry DWORD Value to 1:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex\FilterFilesWithUnknownExtensions
